ISVCOSELL.COM: The Co-Sell Platform
What it is
isvcosell.com is a free co-selling platform. You pick the hyperscaler cloud, where your pursuit sits today, and what just happened. The platform highlights the next path on the co-sell map and shows who owns the step, what to create, what to ensure, and what action to take.
It encodes the same co-sell operating model used when you sell software or services with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud field teams—including Partner Center and ACE-style registration, seller acceptance, joint discovery, funding, and production close—plus Databricks steps where the map includes them. It is not a portal login, CRM, or chatbot. It is a co-selling platform that answers: given this pursuit state, what is the next move?
Who it's for
ISV and SI alliance and field sellers who work hyperscaler co-sell—Microsoft, AWS, or Google Cloud—and need a clear next action on a live pursuit instead of guessing the portal or AE step.
How the platform works
The home page is the co-selling platform. Route controls set the inputs. A route engine resolves those picks into a titled path. The co-sell map (or mobile flow) shows that path. Node detail carries the owner and next action for each step.
Route controls
At the top of the platform you choose cloud (Microsoft, Amazon, or Google), Current state (for example Building the motion, Seller has not accepted, or Workload is live), and Observed event. Events filter by state—wrong owner, seller silent, funding declined, and so on—so the picker only offers what can happen in that situation. Those three inputs drive the whole platform.
Co-sell map
On desktop, the platform shows an interactive co-sell map: nodes, edges, and swim lanes for the hyperscaler motion. When a route resolves, it highlights the path and dims the rest. You pan and zoom, click a node to focus its neighbors, and see which steps sit on the critical path for this pursuit state and event.
Node detail
Selecting a node opens the side drawer—the payload behind each step. You get owner (who acts), create (what to produce), ensure (what must be true), action (what to do next), produce (what comes out), and a program note when Partner Center, ACE, or another dependency applies. That is how the map turns a highlighted path into a concrete next move.
Mobile flow
On narrow screens the same route renders as a Step list (progressive reveal) or a Tree (full path) instead of the map. Expand a step for the same owner and action detail the drawer shows on desktop. Cloud, state, and event controls stay at the top.
Route engine
Behind the controls, situation and event tables map your picks to a titled route, an ordered set of nodes, and a destination on the map. Change cloud, state, or event and the highlighted path updates—happy-path progression when nothing went wrong, repair or exception paths when an observed event applies.
How to use it
- Open the co-selling platform on the home page.
- Choose Microsoft, Amazon, or Google.
- Choose where the pursuit is today (Current state).
- Choose what just happened, or leave Observed event on none.
- Read the highlighted path on the map (or the Step / Tree list on mobile).
- Click the next node for owner, action, create, ensure, and produce.
- Change state or event when the pursuit moves; the path updates.
